ASP.NET MVC Sample over Northwind with Entity Framework (Asp.net MVC Preview 2 update)

Brad Abrams wrote a excellent sample on ASP.net MVC with entity Framework : thanks to him !

Also the sample was develop with an old version of ASP.net MVC (ASP.net Extension). I update this sample to works with the latest version of the ASP.net MVC (ASP.Net MVC Preview 2).

I followed this instructions to validate the upgrade
