Issue Description

KB92077 FIX: You may receive a "Fatal error C1902" error message and a solution build may fail when you try to use the AT command or a scheduled task to automate a build of a C or C++ project in Visual Studio 2005

SYMPTOMS
When you try to use the AT command or a scheduled task to automate a build of a C or C++ project in Microsoft Visual Studio 2005, the solution build may fail, and you may receive the following error message:
Fatal Error C1902: Program database manager mismatch; please check your installation.

Note You run the build command under the Local System Account.
