This is yet another example of a typical integration into the Microsoft CRM platform using a Windows form application. I was contacted by a GotDotNet user that was having trouble finding an example in VB.Net. Again, the SDK documentation did not provide any sort of example projects of this nature (and language), so I made this one for the GotDotNet user.
