New to this release
* Core now builds into two projects. One targeting 2.0 and the other 3.5. The 3.5 version has types and/or extension methods which conflict with 3.5 versions removed.
* TestCore now builds into two projects testing the 2 Core projects on the various frameworks
* Converted various items such as Tuples and Options to structs
* Reworked the match operator to be a bit more usable
