Imitate Excel behaviour: Replace numpad point with decimal comma on app level
In many countries, the decimal separator is a comma. The character on the numpad on a standard keyboard however is a point. Numerical data intensive applications like MS Excel convert this character to the currentculture decimal separator. This sample demonstrates how to do this.
