Creating a Silverlight 2 Data Form (CRUD)

This is the code from the screencast series by Ken Cox on Creating a Silverlight 2 Data Form.

The screencasts use VB, Entity Framework, and ADO.NET Data Services. It was my exploration of creating a so-called Line of Business (LOB) example in Silverlight.

The first release of the source presents the code as of the end of Episode 8 - before the bug fix episode.
