If I type in http://servername/_layouts/DemoApplicationPages/demopage.aspx, I can see the page.  However, if I try Site Actions, Site Settings, I don't see an entry for Demo Application Pages.   According to Central Administration, the wsp was successfully deployed.  I've tried every type of IISReset and SPTimerV3 restart that I can think of, but to no avail.   There is something minor going wrong, but I'm stumped.&lt;br /&gt;
