I understand that your IT admin facing an issue where a new IT admin with the Authentication Admin role cannot see any of the OATH tokens that are already in the environment.
Hardware OATH tokens are available for users with a Microsoft Entra ID P1 or P2 license. The Authentication Administrator role does not have the ability to Hardware OATH tokens. In order to work with hardware OATH tokens, need global administrator privileges.
