What error are you getting?&lt;br /&gt; &lt;br /&gt;Could you try FxDiff on a simple assembly to see if it works? There might be bugs causing errors in the output file. You can report a bug in the Issue Tracker tab on this site, and attach the assemblies you are working with.&lt;br /&gt;
