When trying to start msdn reader i get the following exception:
SQL Server Compact has encountered two different versions of the product accessing the same database file. Ensure that each application accessing the same database file is using the same version of SQL Server Compact Edition.

Comments: Deinstalling MSSQL 3.5 Compact components resolved the issue on Windows Server 2008.

Comments: Same experience using MSDN Reader on Win2K8 Std Svr. Exception isn't raised when running the downloaded SCE project in debug mode, but . . . MSDN Reader appears to hang!

I am using XP SP2. MSDN reader fails to sync. It shows an small warning icon by the side of the sync progress bar saying that the sync failed to cache certain items.

The pages of any item is blank.
