    Where to find how to install sample files

      The description says to look for "How to: Install and Use Sample Files Found in Help", however I have searched, I have gone to the How To section, etc and cannot find.  Please help, I want to learn!

Thank you for this great Example! I could learn a lot from it. 
My Question is: how could I save the configuration or Data of the Ribbon? For example: I check some checkboxes and write some entries to a combobox. This is my actual configuration. How could I save these values so that when I restart the excel/word I have the same values on the ribbon?
