Thank you for providing the material, but the zip file, has material perhaps four or five files whose file name is too long for either WinRAR or Win2008 Explorer to decompress. I wonder whether this an indvidual problem or a feature of the compressed material.
My second try at unpacking rename the file to 1.zip to reduce the length of file names: just one excessively long file naem: ! Yes, if you try to extract the sample files in your Download folder (e.g. c:\users\x123456\Downloads), there are more than 10 Path too long errors. I'm going to try extracting the files from the c: root folder.
Even when you extract these into the c: root folder, there are at least 4 Path too long errors. This is using Windows Explorer > Extract All... Microsoft's ZIP files should work properly with Windows Explorer > Extract All... (you'd expect).
I am also getting the same error as Tom got. I am using winrar latest version
