    bug in transcode sample?

      I believe there is a bug in the transcode sample.  After you transcode a file, if you wait a couple minutes and try to transcode again, the app crashes.  if you transcode soon (< 2 min) after it is done, there is no problem.  The problem only occurs if you wait 3 or 4 minutes.  Very strange.  I've seen it on multiple systems.  Can someone please try to confirm?
