Federate Windows Live ID - ASP.NET RP to WCF RP identity delegation with LiveID

This sample shows how to federate Windows Live ID claims through Windows Azure ACS and then delegate those claims to a backend relying party WCF service. The CustomSTS adds claims to the token at both the passive and active endpoints to be displayed to the user.
