  • Could you please resubmit this so it compiles

    • Hi,
This solution doesn't seem to compile. Could you please re-submit it with fixes so it compiles?
      Compile error 1
The name 'UserManager1' does not exist in the current context
      Compile error 2
'System.Web.HttpContextBase' does not contain a definition for 'GetOwinContext' and no extension method 'GetOwinContext' accepting a first argument of type 'System.Web.HttpContextBase' could be found (are you missing a using directive or an assembly reference?)

    • I had the same problems I fixed this way :
      - change 'UserManager1' por 'PCustomUserManager'
      - update the NuGet's packages
  • How to get compiling

    • You need to add a NuGet package reference to Microsoft.Owin.Host.SystemWeb
And you need to change UserManager1 to PCustomUserManager

  • Which version?

    • Which version of Asp.NET.Identity are you using here? I tried compiling this under vs2012 using .NET 4.5.1, but IdentityDbContext is unresolve despite using Nuget restore.
