    • Hello, I am using the VB version of Reverse AJAX.
Was wondering if this can be set up so that the ClientAdapter.Instance.Join() is not needed, and only .RecipientName, .MessageContent and .SendMessage are needed... Is this possible? Cheers.

    • Hello,
I would like to use this example to make a status application. Basically x number of users (more than 400) login to the status website. After opening the webpage they can select a number of status windows (chat channels) they want to follow. During the day messages by the system are posted on these channels. No feedback is required only status messages.
I have read that via reverese AJAX / asynchronous calls to the server this is possible. But I've also read that there is a limitation to worker threads of 20 or something per node. Is the example rebust enough in releasing these threads / should be able to handle more than 20 users?
Thank you very much for your reply.
    • For actual use, we should host our long pulling server in a special server (just like the old socket server) instead of IIS.So that it can allow as many as concurrent connections.
