To use ACS, obtain a Windows Azure subscription in the
Windows
Azure Management Portal. Then, create an Access Control namespace. For instructions, see "How To: Create an Access Control Namepace at http://msdn.microsoft.com/en-us/library/hh674478.aspx.
Windows Azure Active Directory Access Control (ACS) allows you to integrate single sign on (SSO) and centralized authorization into your web applications. It works with most modern platforms, and integrates with both web and enterprise identity providers.
