Windows Azure Caching Session State and Output Caching Sample
This sample has two purposes. First, it demonstrates how to host Windows Azure Caching on an existing web role (co-located topology). Second, it demonstrates how to use Windows Azure Caching for both ASP.NET session state and page output caching.
