How to either export or convert the Document Intelligence output to excel file

Is it possible to export the output of Document Intelligence to an Excel file? If not, what's the best method of creating the Workbook. I know the data can be imported into Excel and converted to a table, but the resulting Power Pivot table is not ideal. The json-csv.com service does not provide create a useful Workbook either.
