The text-shadow property applies a drop shadow effect to the specified text. If you're familiar with the syntax for the box-shadow property, you already know the syntax for text-shadow; they're almost identical. This sample demonstrates some of the ways you can style text using CSS text-shadow to achieve different graphical effects.
