    • Hi, when i ran this code. I am getting this error below:
Exception is about to be caught by JavaScript library code at line 38, column 13 in ms-appx://microsoft.sdksamples.hilo.js/Hilo/Picture.js

If there is a handler for this exception, the program may be safely continued.
    • "The code here shows the constructor function for a Picture object. In this function, string values are added to the object as properties. After the properties are set, they can be used for binding to the UI."
..place pictures (*.jpg) in the directory ..\Libraries\Pictures
    • Hi,
Thank you both for your comments.
We have confirmed that this is a bug in the sample, that appears when there is no images in the Pictures folder of the current user.
We will take this bug into account in future updates of this sample.

    • Do you have to have a server running Windows Server 2012 in order to go through this example?
    • Hi Marak60,
Based on my understanding, you should be able to run this sample in either Windows 8 or Windows Server 2012 (as long as it has the Windows 8 shell.)
Also, you will need to have Visual Studio 2012 in order to open the sample.
You can find more about the prerequisites of this sample, as well as the project documentation in the following link:
