How to add a hint text to a WPF TextBox

Using the Code

Step1. Create a WPF application in Visual Studio.

Step2. Add the following XAML code in MainWindow.xaml.

Step3. Create a class "TextInputToVisibilityConverter". It implements the IMultiValueConverter interface.
