    • As a setup, open Notepad and type a sufficiently long line to wrap at the margin. On a hardware keyboard, type Alt+O to access the Format menu item, then hit W to toggle wrap.
      
      Now do the same with the virtual keyboard. Click on Alt+O to get the Format menu item. Now hitting W simply types a W into the text window and does not toggle the wrap.
      
      This seems to be the behavior when accessing any menu item. I did not see this limitation mentioned.
