Windows Server AppFabric Workflow Manager Reference Implementation

The AppFabric Starter Kit is designed to be a reference implementation; a secondary objective is to provide sample code that developers could use to manage the life-cycle of the .NET 4 Workflow Services on Windows Server AppFabric.

  • Switch<T> Activity don't work
    1 Posts | Last post June 27, 2011
    • Hi,

At the moment I am looking forward in the reference implementation. I found an issue in the designer. If I drop a Switch<T> activity on the designer area, I just see a rectanle of a non-designed activty instead of the well designed activity that is showed up in visual studio.

I also get issues when I am trying to resume a suspended workflow. It says acces denied. This issue cab be caused due to the domain restrictions I have that powerscripts must be signed.
  • Problems with case Publish Project To Server
    1 Posts | Last post June 25, 2011
    • I did a complete install. I followed all the tasks to make my system ready for the RI.

When I want to publish a project to the server. I get an exception. "C:\Program Files\IIS\Microsoft Web Deploy V2\MsDepSvc.exe not found". The exception is correct, there is no MsDepSvc.exe in that folder. I did an uninstall of the WebDeploy and reinstall it with the platform installer (as the tutorial told me). I see that that file is available in the "C:\Program Files\IIS\Microsoft Web Deploy" folder, but I assume that is the worng version of it. Can you tell me what I have to do to make the implementation work.

      Thanks,

      Dave
