When running the application , the system did not detected a camera connected using a Pinnacle Frame grabber. The driver is installed and I am able to use the picture using the Pinnacle video editing software. I tested with an NCH software video capture image which was able to detect and capture the streaming video from the camera. What code is availabel to troubleshoot the connection to the device (fram grabber)
I need help what to change in the code to choose between two camera options. One is a regular Webcam . The other is a Video capture device capturing the video from an analog S Video camera.
How to get multishots with varying exposures? I want to implement HDR kind of functionality.
See another code sample "Variable photo sequence sample" - sounds better ?
Are forms applications still supported? In 3 months of trying to find solutions, I have not found anything for working with the generic USB camera imbedded in my tablet with a VB.Net forms application. I don't plan on retooling and rewriting to XAML.
im sorry but i personally think ur a ....;. for the past 3 months ... its against forum policy to use foul language but truthfully i know u probably have my # stored in ur head u should visit me in person and I MAY have a answer in reference to ur question (DEU) and about the rear facing camera on ios products and how to access it especially when its my 9 year old daughter u want to view while accessing the *camera*as u referred.
I am trying to run this in VS2015 on Win10, and the sample code is not able to capture either a photo or a video. The Win10 Camera application seems to open, then immediately close and the output of the sample program shows "No photo captured." I am trying different methods for a photo capture in VB.net and have not found a reliable solution.
I found the issue that would not let the code run. (It's an embarrassing DEU {Duhm End User} issue. The code defaulted to an ARM target) Is there anyway to get the camera capture functionality in a forms application, or does this method only work in xaml?
Is it possible to get this to run in MS Access? As it is not finding the CameraCaptureUI class. Maybe a references issue?
I understand is sample application for the mere purpose of showing how to handle taking pictures/videos but mvvm is such a crucial part of your whole push for WPF why in the world wouldnt you have sample code exclusively on mvvm? things like getting the ui thread even changed with 8.1 apps. If your sample code is crap most of your apps/submited apps will have terrible code.
When I run this sample from VS13 and try to capture video I get a message saying "This app needs permission to use your camera. You can change this in app settings". How do I fix this? Thank you!
Is it possible to save pictures to camera roll from my own custom camera application which uses capture APIs ?
